Quick Update

Things have been a little slower on the house the last few weeks, at least they seem like it. We did get the plumbing pretty much finished with the exception of moving the toilet. I’ve started drywalling. I’m hoping to get the rest of the drywall up and level an area in the floor that needs it this week. Then we move on to mudding and taping, installing th floors and cabinets. Then we can move in. So its looking like it may be sometime the first week of February now. I haven’t taken many pictures lately but I’ll try to get some more here soon.

Also, with the new baby coming I thought it made sense to redesign the web site a little. I’ve gotten started and you can check it out here. I lost the dekoekkoek.com domain a while back because the hosting company I had went out of business. It has since expired and I should be able to obtain it some time next month. I’ll be moving this blog from dustindekoekkoek.com dekoekkoek.com. I prefer dekoekkoek.com because the updates will be more about my family now rather than myself. If you subscribe via RSS (and I recommend you do) you should have no disruption when I switch over and if you just visit the web site it should direct to the right place.
