Dustin 2, Wall 0



These photos are exciting because you will notice that we removed a wall. If you look at the previous photo I posted you can see the old concrete block wall that we removed. This will open up the kitchen a lot more and make usable the previously wasted hall space. The electrical work has almost wrapped up for now. We’ve installed quite a few more outlets, moved some switches and installed recessed lighting in the kitchen. We’re hoping to get the plumbing finished up in the next couple days. Then it’s on to leveling an uneven part of the floor, drywalling and installing our new floors, cabinets, counter tops and new trim. The drywall will probably be the most time consuming but that will depend on who I can round up to help me with it. I’m thinking about putting new windows in the kitchen but that could possibly break the bank as we don’t have a whole lot of wiggle room in the budget. I’m hoping we can move in the last week of January.
