Zappos Delivers

I just read a touching story of how the online shoe retailer, Zappos, went out of their way to reach out to a customer in need. It is good to know that in the world of online shopping, where the only interaction with people is when there is a problem, there are actually real people that really care and not just cold and heartless corporations. I’ll also add that my wife has bought shoes from Zappos and, though they don’t always fit, it has always been a good experience and you can’t beat the free return shipping.
