Google Web Clips
After taking some time this morning with the new Gmail feature called “web clips” I had formed my opinion about the new service. A few minutes later I came upon a post at “Scripting News” that summarized exactly what I was thinking, also making note of a shared disappointed over Google Reader.
Google Transit
Google has just launched a new service called Google Transit, a transit trip planner based on Google Maps. Right now, the only city in the system is Portland. The interface is typical Google style, nice and simple and it will be much easier to navigate than King County’s current online trip planner.
