Google Video Search

Today Google unveiled the Google Video Search Beta. What it does is it searches the closed caption text in tv shows recently played on tv. When you search, the results are pictures of the program at the time your search word was said along with the text.

I search for “U2″ and the first result was from an episode of “Who’s The Boss” that played on the WB. Sam got som e tickets to a U2 concert.

Right now it only searches a couple network stations in the SF area but I’m sure this will expand.
